Safety switches are designed to cut the power in a fraction of a second when current leaks to earth, but they can fail without any warning sign. The only way to know they'll work when you need them is to test them.
RCD testing: we check each safety switch with a push-button trip test and an operating time test using calibrated equipment, confirm it trips within the required time, and record the results. Any units that fail are flagged straight away, and we can quote to replace them.
Thermal imaging: using a thermal camera, we scan switchboards, distribution boards and key equipment while they're running under normal load. Loose connections, overloaded circuits and failing components show up as hot spots long before they burn out, trip a board or start a fire. There's no need to shut the power off for the scan, so your business keeps running.
