Keeping rentals compliant: in the ACT, rental homes need working smoke alarms to the Australian Standard on every storey. We work directly with strata managers, owners corporations and landlords across Canberra, Queanbeyan, Googong and Jerrabomberra, including common-area lighting, power and safety switch testing.
